Individual Sessions
Each session is tailored to work on specific goals and needs. The effect is similar to what happens when you experience authentic indigenous shamanic healing using sounds of chanting, toning, drums, rattles, whistles, flutes and bells. You are hearing the sounds, but also feeling the vibrations from those sounds in your body. These are very powerful transformative experiences.
One on One/individual Sound Therapy is designed based on your individual requirements. During this initial consultation, we establish any concerns that you would like to address as well as outcomes desired. Using Voice analysis tools (a computer program that analyses the voice) a framework of sessions is established which can be flexed as your needs require.
We will work with all – or some – of the following instruments: Singing Bowls, Drum, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Chimes, and Voice to balance and re-tune the body’s natural vibrations on a Physical, Emotional, and Mental level. As we progress through our work together, each follow-up Session will be reviewed against our initial framework to allow for flexibility and agility to respond to your needs.

How it works
Session 1 (60 minutes):
We pinpoint your goals
Recording of your voice
Transformation of your voice's frequencies into a graph with computer software
Detailed analysis of your voice to help better understand yourself and which musical notes are needed to give you balance
Sound treatment using one or more instruments depending on your needs
Between session 1 and 2, I translate your needs that we identified in the first session into personalised sound frequencies
Session 2 (60 minutes):
You listen to the personalised sounds I prepared for you and give me live feedback on what you are experiencing
I test the sound frequencies
I select the most beneficial sounds for you
You receive those sounds in audio files
Between sessions 2 and 3, you listen to your sounds every day for four weeks. The recommended listening time is half an hour twice a day. You can listen to your sounds while doing something else (for example working, sleeping, commuting, cooking, but not while driving).
Session 3 (60 minutes):
You give me feedback on your listening experience
Re-recording of your voice
Transformation of your voice's frequencies into a graph with a computer software
Analysis of the improvements in your voice (compared to session 1)
We discuss steps forward
